Pastor Allen Jr. is a dynamic, compassionate, and visionary servant-leader who has faithfully served as the Pastor of Jones Chapel–Conroe for the past five years. Under his leadership, the church continues to thrive spiritually, emotionally, and relationally as he passionately guides God’s people in worship, discipleship, unity, and forward movement in Christ.
A committed scholar and devoted pastor, Pastor Allen is a proud graduate of Houston Christian University, where he will earn his Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in May 2026. Since January 2022, he has served with distinction as a Graduate Assistant in the School of Christian Thought (Houston Theological Seminary), where he assists in shaping future Christian leaders with excellence, integrity, and biblical truth. His academic achievements, leadership excellence, and spiritual depth position him as both a respected educator and a trusted voice in faith leadership.
Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Allen is a man deeply committed to excellence, community, and service. He currently serves with honor as the Associate Grand Patron of the United Grand Chapter of Texas, demonstrating leadership that extends beyond the church walls and into the broader community with dignity, character, and strength.
Pastor Allen’s ministry is marked by warmth, approachability, and authenticity. He is known for his love of people, welcoming spirit, and ability to connect across generations. Whether he is preaching the Gospel, serving in the community, encouraging youth, mentoring leaders, or simply sharing a warm conversation after service, Pastor Allen embodies humility, courage, and compassion.
A United States Navy veteran, highly educated leader, gifted communicator, musician at heart, and passionate servant of God, Pastor Allen lives by the conviction that “In Christ, WE ARE ONE!” He remains steadfast in his mission to teach the Word with clarity, lead with integrity, and love God’s people wholeheartedly.
